PEY+PEI Build Plate

Dual-Sided Build Surface with Holographic and Textured Finishes

The PEY+PEI Build Plate is a dual-sided 257×257mm build surface designed for Bambu Lab printers. It features two unique materials: PEY on one side and PEI on the other, giving users the freedom to choose between a stunning visual finish or a reliable textured surface for everyday printing.

The PEY side provides a smooth, starry pattern with a holographic effect, reflecting a spectrum of colors when exposed to light. Acting like a diffraction grating, this side leaves a rainbow sheen on the base of your prints, making it ideal for artistic and decorative models. Despite its visual appeal, it still maintains strong adhesion for popular materials like PLA and PETG.

The PEI side features a fine, sand-like textured finish that grips first layers firmly, helping to reduce warping and shifting during prints. This surface is ideal for functional parts and is compatible with materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS.

Fully compatible with Bambu Lab’s magnetic flex system, this build plate can be flipped easily based on your print needs.

    • No Cooling for the first: 5 Layers
    • Initial Layer Speed: 50mm/s
    • Initial Layer infill Speed: 85mm/s
    • Acceleration -> Initial Layer: 100mm/s²
    • Device Page -> Print Options -> Enable Detection of Build Plate Position: Off

**Build plates must be cleaned often to retain adhesion quality.
