SUNLU PETG HS Matte is a next-generation PETG filament developed for high-speed 3D printing without compromising print quality. Engineered for users who demand efficiency and precision, this filament delivers exceptional mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and a refined matte finish that reduces glare and hides layer lines.

With improved melt flow characteristics, SUNLU PETG HS Matte supports fast print speeds, up to 3–5 times faster than standard PETG, while maintaining strong layer adhesion and minimal stringing. This makes it ideal for both functional prototypes and production-level printing where time savings matter. It also retains the toughness and chemical resistance PETG is known for, making it suitable for mechanical parts, tools, enclosures, and more.

One standout feature of this filament is its smooth matte surface. Unlike glossy PETG, the muted finish gives printed parts a clean, professional look with excellent color consistency. This visual quality pairs well with the filament’s strong performance under stress, heat, and repeated use.

Designed for ease of use on most open-frame and enclosed FDM printers, it requires a heated bed and benefits from moderate cooling for optimal results. It also produces less odor than ABS and is easier to print than nylon or carbon fiber blends, offering a great balance between ease of use and functionality.
