Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery to all areas across Lebanon.
Shipping fee: $4 flat rate
Delivery timeframe: Approximately 2 to 4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors beyond our control may cause delays. These factors can include but are not limited to traffic conditions, weather, operational issues with the delivery provider, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery company, we no longer have direct control over the delivery process. However, we will assist as much as possible by providing updates and communicating with the delivery provider when needed.
Same Day Delivery
(Beirut and Surrounding Areas Only)
Same day delivery is available for Beirut and nearby areas under the following conditions:
- Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM
- Customers must contact us directly via WhatsApp to arrange same day delivery
- Availability is subject to confirmation

Delivery Responsibility
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays caused by third-party couriers are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we remain available to support you with tracking updates or communication when possible.
